Hi Guys,
Please look over these pass rules. I banged them out pretty quickly and I need your help to finish them up, adjust them, add or subtract from them, whatever. Please post any changes you'd like in red. The whole thing could use an edit, as well.
I will post the list of cigars right after the rules.
I'm going to send the box to Stephen today, we'll get the rules hammered out and go from there while the box is on the way.
