Bout half way through it right now. Started off with a strong spice, pepper. Little to much for me.

Mellowed out to a..... Earthy maybe more woody side.
(first time trying to use the flavor wheel)

Half way to go.. And I'm thinking it may stay on the woody side.

For sure I'm interested in these after a few months of hanging out on the cooler.
