I use a variety of different guns depending on the game style I'm playing. My regular go-to is the ACR 6.8 with Red Dot and Silencer. I use this in most HC modes including TDM and Dom. I also use a modified version of it for most of the Face Off challenges (since they are not HC), on the Face Off levels I swap out the attachments for Impact.
For levels with mid to long range sight lines, and for all S&D levels, I use the RSASS with a ghillie suit. Blind Eye Pro, Assassin Pro, & Marksman Pro round out this sniper class. Its great for tactical sniping and sneaking.
For some of the extremely small Face Off levels I use the Pro Class load-out. The PP90M1 with Sleight of Hand, QuickDraw, & Stalker. Works well for those levels where everyone is just running n gunning.
My ratio has stayed pretty solid at 1.51 I wish I could get it higher but I know there are so many amazing players out there. I was looking at some of the Clans ratio averages that were in the 6's and 7's. Crazy!

Our clan ratio suffers because we have many sub 1.0 players but they do good on clan ops. I think the clan ops for most kills should be most net kills. I can't get used to the ACR, just doesnt work for me like it does with so many others. I am about middle of the road in our clan, we have a couple guys who are just rediculous. When we reach level 50 I may leave and find a better clan, I would love to be the worst on my team. I played some CTF recently, that helps my KDR big time since I am a flag defender and mid support player. In TDM I Run'n'gun but on more tactical game types I slow down.
In TDM my KDR is 1.89 with a 242.6 SPM and in CTF it is 2.56 with a 258.48 SPM. SPM combined with KDR is important in my opinion. I could easily get a 4.0 KDR but only have like 100 SPM.
Domination is when my KDR takes a hit at only 1.56 but 230.91 SPM isn't bad I don't think but I hate playing Dom.
In Demo I have a low KDR at 1.34 but my SPM is 407.23, haven't play much of this though.
I have only played like 5 games of HC, someday maybe I will try to play more of it.
