I just called to see why my preorder wasn't charged and shipped yet. Apparently somebody "messed up" and were only going to allow previous Corona Cigar Co. customers to preorder them. Because of this, they're calling all new customers to ask if there is anything else they would like to add to the order before shipping it out.
So they've had these in a week already and instead of just processing the orders they are calling 200+ new customers to "confirm" the order.
Kinda silly.

I sent an email yesterday and today I was told that they are in the process of charging and shipping them and I will get an email with shipping info once they ship.
Hope they don't mess with my order!!!
