The sporting leagues have tests and if you pass them you play, simple as that. Since pro sports are just entertainment and business, the sporting leagues have to be careful with testing or there won't be any league. Like how NBA doesn't push testing for pot or NFL only does when a player is screwing up...

While I don't disagree with a word you said, they (Bonds & Clemens) were (right or wrong) found guilty by a court of public opinion, and it's sport writers who ultimately decide whether or not they're enshrined at Cooperstown.
