I don't go through too much hassle. My cars are leases that are inspected before they are turned in. I've smoked in every one of them, no one has ever noticed or mentioned it.

Floorboard vents, drivers window cracked (for ashing too) and the opposite backseat window opened. Toss an air freshener in there and it's all good.
