That is very consistent with what most have found for years now. CI has clearly decided that shortchanging their picking and packing operation can be easily offset with great CS. I've had a number of complaints about shipments over the years, but they've always made it right immediately. Great prices on cigars I want combined with that CS is enough to keep me coming back.
