I also believe you were told not to publicly discuss the last infraction you received as it was visible only to the ToE and yourself. Since you have mentioned it 3 times here, I guess it is not a secret any longer that you were infracted for rude behavior toward another member. And yes, I guess you can say you are well are your way to #2.
