New coffee! Costa Rica Finca Bella Vista

roasted 2 days ago to FC, drip, dollop and splash. A very nice, bright, complex cup. Some rindy citrus, nice sweetness, tea and jasmine notes. A very good cup, I think I prefer this one with the splash of 2%
