I second a definition of "value."

My guess:

< 2$ = Cheap
2$ - 4$ = Value
4$ - 6$ = Mid Range
$6 - 8$ = Nice Cigar
8$ - 12$ = Premium
12$ - 20$ = High End
20$+ = Super Premium
