Ah, that would be nice. But the letter of the law, which of course I follow to the letter, prohibits the "purchase, acceptance or transportation" of "Cuban origin cigars." It would be a completely foolish and ineffective law if they failed to specifically prohibit recieving them as a gift as well, would it not?

There are some that do, but most Cuban cigars are comparable to (as in much cheaper than) non-Cuban cigars in price.
