Should be fine. I would open the bag once a week or so to get rid of excess moisture. You can buy a cooler for about $15 at WalMart, throw in a couple of Humicare pillows and you are good to go. When you have some spare change you can get a two-ounce tube of Heartfelt Industries beads that will regulate humidity better than the pillows. Search coolers or coolerdors to find more info.
