A "Non-profit" charity only has to give 10% of what they collect to any organization. So $40 out of $200 is not bad. We had a group here that was selling T-shirts for a charity and it was found out they were only giving $1 per shirt. That's why I stopped giving to the United Way. I will give direct to any charity.
