Oh Frank! You wound us deeply! We have only the intentions of the purest at heart! I mean, a man needs something for relaxation after the trauma of a real estate closing! Been there, done that several times. It could take you weeks... Months to unwind. We wouldn't want you have an additional strain of having to procure the items of manly relaxation!
