Too low, in my opinion, would be under 55 degrees and under 55%RH.
I've read that some guys who long-store will get down around 55/55 on purpose, as it's supposed to "protect" the cigars and promote very slow aging.
That's not what you're doing, though. You're readying your stuff to smoke.
60-75 degrees and 60%-70%RH is all good in my book. I just looked at my winador beside me, it's at 70 degrees, 60%RH. That suits me fine. The big display humi downstairs is at 64 degrees and 66%RH. That also suits me fine.
You'll decide what you like best by how your cigars smoke. If they burn good and taste great at 65%RH and 70 degrees, then you, my good sir, have a winner.
