Not even close...
Cbid has never been an independent entity, it has always been the auction arm of CI.
JR is owned by Altadis.
Cigar.com is owned by a single individual, CI just does order fulfillment for them.
And Swedish Match only owns 1 premium cigar manufacturer: General. CAO is under General cigar.
