It's photoshopped. The text was added after the fact. That or or she got her masters in "pixel perfect calligraphy" cuz every one of those "scribbled" letters is a dead match for every other one. Color shading on the lines is also perfectly even from the center to the outside, no marks where the brush or pen ran out of ink, etc. 100% certain its a 'chop job.

That aside, it's very funny because it so accurately captures the out-of-touch nature of so many folks these days.
