I only ask because I started walking 3 weeks ago. (Bad ankles, no running for me). I do it 3 times a week. I have a VERY sedentary job, and I get that feeling and I have to walk the floors of the hospital. Plus, before I go out to walk when I am at home, I get fidgety until I go and walk. Taken me from 285 to 270, though. Just wondering if I was just weird like that.

Exercise is not my addiction. The process of measurment and weight loss goal attainment is. So when I skip its more of a ... darn look at that number in the spreadsheet kind of problem.
180.6 after my morning workout. This is the lowest I have been on a Monday morning in this process. This is the week the template that I would like to reapeat .... forever happens. 6 lb weekly weight range of 184 on sunday night to 178 on friday morning. I think I can do it averaging less than 1 workout a day.
