It's pretty simple. Fridge for 12 hours, freeze for 48 hours, fridge for 12, room temp for 4-6 hours, place in humidor. That's what I do in my fridge/freezer. The first entry in that thread gives you the temp/duration ratios. Put them in a ziplock freezer bag and push out as much air as possible.
It seems like a lot of work, but after seeing the damage they can do, I'll do the work every time.
