Such a great decision, if I do say so myself.
A year has made a huge difference in these... For the better. The extreme pepper is way more subtle now. The flavors are simply outstanding. This could be my favorite NC:

If I had to pick this mystery flavor that I'm tasting, I would have to say... Almost like a cinnamon candy dipped in chocolate.
