I'm currently cooking on my new grill and realized I didn't update this thread. I ended up buying the Weber Q140 electric grill, and I love it. It was the most expensive of the options I had looked at, but it has the best reviews, and the tabletop design fits the space requirements of my patio the best. So far no complaints from the condo commandos or my wife
I'm going to be getting some different wood chips and soaking them in water in a drip pan while I cook to try to get a little more smoky flavor. Heres a pic of it set up:
