If his April, June and July weren't complete trash he could be having a much better season. He just passed the 12 homeruns he hit in May with 14 for the rest of the season. His consistency is crap, and he is still on pace for 150+ homeruns. I'll be interested to see where his stats go when Votto and Phillips leave in a few seasons. I am not sure he can handle being the focus of the team.
