			I started taking both Protein and creatine after my workouts to help with recovery. Like you, I'm not looking to get bulked up, but I do want some definition. I have noticed a difference after taking it. I don't feel sore the next day like I did before the supplements. I've recently incorporated a multi-vitamin daily.
