If she has swallowed enough loads to be able to taste something and know automatically that it has been tainted with semen than the judge needs to call BS on her getting sick from it as she is a pro.
In all seriousness, It's disheartening to see that the courts are even entertaining cases like this but I guess nowadays at least 50+% of lawsuits are someones pipe dream to become rich quick without having to work for it so I would say a good portion of what gets into the system are BS cases like this one.
