Nearly every cruise line ship has some designated smoking area(s),
usually outside on part of the open decks. Many also still have a
few designated smoking areas inside, but usually not for cigars or
pipes. Depending on the ship, it might be the casino or certain
bars. Getting to be fewer & fewer, though.
