Lisa bagged the deal after a few weeks. It was destroying her old knees. She said if she could get ahold of Shawn T she'd tear his throat out, or something on those lines. lol
One good thing is that as soon as she bagged the insanity, she immediately started running again. Between the gym, running, and working out at home every day, I think she'll be just fine. She already is fine, ahh, you know what I mean.
