2007: Swedish Match acquires Cigars International and associated holdings.
2010: Swedish Match merges with STG. STG retains controlling interest so company name remains Scandinavian Tobacco Group.

Thanks Adam. I missed the whole STG merger, never heard word one. I'm less confused now, but I'm not sure what the odds of retaining any of it are.
