Did the math today and some interpretation based upon all the formulas etc.

Start april

260 Lbs. - 34% body fat

Today

214 lbs. - 19.4% body fat

Realistic goal

210 lbs. - 18.1% body fat

If I get a tapeworm

200 lbs. - 13.8% body fat
