My honest guess is that it's just some marketing gimmick from CI because it honestly LOOKS like they're trying to make the "REFILL NOT FOR RESALE" look rustic or whatever. I dunno, the whole box was only $39.99 because the claim was somebody at the factory accidentally printed that on something like 5k boxes so they couldn't sell them as full priced or whatever. The claim it's the exact same cigar, just different packaging, so I'll take the chance and believe them at $40
