Congrats!!! 290?

My high point was 260 mid April. 224 this morning. Old guys need to do less calories so have been on a 1000-1500 calorie regimin for the past couple with massive cheating on the weekends. Goal was 225 adjusted to 215 now. Hope to be there before the 4th, cuz it'll be ugly on the 5th or 6th.
Put the "fat Dave" clothes away about a month ago. Getting to the point where I may need to buy some "skinny Dave" ones pretty soon.
