In real time he is out, most replays are inconclusive, and even the best angle looks close. I think the umpire was definitely influenced by the fact the throw was well ahead of Janish.
The best offense in baseball scored one run, going to be tough to win. Looks like they can't hit good pitching again. Terrible lapses in judgement this road trip, even Phillips and Votto included.
