One thing I don't like, the warm up and the stretches are the same EVERY day. Ugh that gets old real real quick. At least in P90X there were different warmups and stretches every day.
Jog, Jumping Jacks (I always laugh when he says jack it out

) Heisman, 3 step Heisman, Butt kicks, High Knees, and Mummy Kicks
