Vacation sucks when it comes to maintaining a proper diet. Only 5 more? You can do that easily.

You can't go wrong if you focus on the food pyramid.
Official weigh-in today was 249. Lowest I've been in a year!

Gotta keep on keeping on and making progress. It's easier now that my wife is doing this with me.
