Hopefully the start of going back to the gym for me. 5am gym kinda sucks. Strength and stamina are definitely not what it used to be after being off for almost 3 months.

incline bench
Machine decline
cable fly's upper/lower chest
Peckdeck (SP)
crunches
leg lifts
rounded off with 15min on the treadmill
