I think she is just letting us know how tough the streets of Scranton can be..She obviously doesn't wanna be the victim of a purse snatch, nor have someone rob the "dope man" so it's inovative to say the least..Now that I know about this stash spot women have, I'm gonna ask my wife if a burglar really did steal my 46" flat screen!!
