I keep the cellophane on. I just clip the end of the cellophane with scissors to allow more moisture and air to flow through the cigar while in the humidor. For me it appears that the cellophane helps hold moisture in the cigar and it prevents flavors from mixing. That is just me though. Everyone will have their own ways of keeping their smokes happy.
