They sell kits complete, minus the stripped lower. So it includes an assembled upper (properly headspaced), lower parts kit, stock, and everything else. You just have to put the parts kit together in the lower and connect the two halves. Standard 20 inch kits are $535 (plus $100 for the stripped lower purchased separately).

You can even customize every detail including barrel twist, front/rear sights, free float tube, you name it.
