I have a bunch of All Clad and Calphalon. If I had to stick with just one, it would be the all clad, but it doesn't have a nonstick surface which is nice to have some times. But it heats evenly and cleans up nicely. All Clad is really pricey though. If you just need daily cookware, as Mike said the Costco Calphalonish stuff is pretty good for relatively cheap.
