Anyone that's HERF'd with me knows that I usually chase a good cigar w/ a Cohiba cigarette or two between cigars.
In all seriousness though, there are so many differing fields of thought on gifting a cigar (be it a cheap or expensive stick) that my advice would be to do what feels right and natural to you. Feel free to say no, or try and educate the filthy cigarette smoking heathen
