Spending the weekend in Potosi WI. We visited the Potosi brewery. The beer is good. I had had it in Madison in bottles. It is significantly better on tap at the brewery. I think the pasteurization process changes the flavor in the bottles. I have particularly enjoyed their IPA and Stout. On tap at the brewery those are very good beers. Full of flavor and nuance. A nice treat. We had brought Avery Barleywine, Imperial Stout and IPA as well as some Dogfishhead 90 min to have back in the inn.
All in all lots of tasty beer.
