Dumb question, but how many people are we talking here?
I had the "wonderfulness" of being down there with the Wife, the daughter, the Mother in Law
and the Sister in Law - and in a 2 bedroom, we weren't cramped at all. Really.
The 2 bedrooms easily fit 6 people - the Master bedroom has the king, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and you have the additional sleeper sofa in the living room (8 people are the max allowed).
Villas are designed for 10 - 12 people - that's why the price jumps so drastically.
