The first house we submitted an offer on did not work out, so the wife and I went house hunting on Saturday, and found a house we loved.
We submitted the offer today, and hope to hear back by tomorrow. This is a little less stressful this time around, but we still don't want to have to start back from square one again.
Here's a pic for anyone interested. The wife already picked out my smoking room, so that's a plus. We will have to give that huge bush in the front a Brazilian and rip that **** out.
