To me the Rouge is roasty and chocolaty but not excessively sweet; think baking chocolate. I only had the SA Choc Bock when it was in the bomber, but I think Rouge's has a similar profile. Left Hand's Milk Stout kind of sweet and creamy - I know several people who really like it who don't tend to like beer. I don't find either bitter, but I have the palate of a goat (and I like bitter - Stone Ruination =
