I really think that Frazier will continue to be the coach of this team beyond this season. He's been widely thought of as a future head coach, and I'm glad he's got the opportunity to do it here.
If they don't keep him beyond this year, I really hope they bring in a proven winner (ala Cowher, Gruden, Billick, etc.).
