According to the B&M owner that I spoke to a coupe of weeks
ago about this, they came out w/ some sets of these for shops
who placed Large orders with at the IPCPR...

Now whether these are freshly rolled or "old stock" i can't answer
but i do vaguely remember the shop owner saying, "they brought
these out again..." so go figure.
