I just ordered a couple Missouri Mearschaum cob pipes from smokingpipes.com. I figured they would serve as my first pipes to try the hobby out and if I don't like it I'm not out very much cash....

For plain old Gin, Broker's is my favorite. And for something special I really enjoy a Hendrick's G&T with some cucumber slices. It's amazing.

Atlantic has something called the "One-N-Done Nicaraguan Rothschild" on for 24.95 for a bundle of 20. I've just ordered a bundle and will report back with thoughts and if it's a reasonable smoke.

I ended up going with fivers of LGC Serie R Black 60 and 64, Nub Habano 460, and Cain Nub 464T, and a 20 bundle of their Nicaraguan one n done Habano Rothschilds they had on sale. If all goes well...
