Yea. Only a few of the third generation models are legal in MA due to the dealer ban on any Glock manufactured past October 1998 (thanks dimwit Attorney General!).
Even the second gens seem hard...

No, in order to own or purchase a handgun in Mass you need a LTC. Shotguns and rifles can apply for a FID, but it's still a complicated and long process. Because I live in Boston, they deny concealed...

I received my LTC in the mail today, much much faster than I expected (only took about 4 weeks versus the estimated 10-12 week wait I had heard as of late).
I'm quite happy. :)

Are you talking beer or beverages? Beverages, I'd say it's up to the store owner. Beer, it's going to vary state to state, as often times permits are required for alcoholic beverages.

New Hampshire just requires $10 and a letter to your town's police chief requirement for concealed carry. I don't think you need anything else to own/purchase/shoot a firearm up there.

This is just to get a license to carry a handgun, rifle or shotgun in MA. As a Boston resident, I have to jump through a few extra hoops.
Concealed carry is next to impossible to get in Boston...

I passed my .38 marksmanship test today in Boston with a 290 out of 300. Now I get to enjoy the long 7-8 week wait!
