I roasted a 1/2 lb of Colombian Supremo yesterday for a package going out. Gonna do some more today.....getting a little low on fresh roast.
I want to do one of these today....any suggestions?

I had some Guat Hunapu that I had roasted on the 23 of Dec...very dark, probably the edge of Vienna. I just start drinking it again (Broken French Press) and it is soooooo good.:dr...

But as to what Murph said a couple of weeks may not be enough time. I would give it more like 4 weeks to really stabilize the RH inside the cigar. IMHO

Looking really, really good, very even roast. Most of the chaff is roasted off--maybe (like you said later) a longer roasting time will cause those beans to open...
