Re: What causes a metallic taste?

Re: What do you guys think of the Padron 1964 Anniversaries?

:bdh

Re: What causes a metallic taste?

In my experience, low quality or improperly fermented tobacco. There is a certain metallic quality I associate with cheap dominican leaf. Take note of the origin of all the tobaccos and which...

Re: What do you guys think of the Padron 1964 Anniversaries?

My point was that the op didn't ask for an opinion on whether these were fake or not; it was an inquiry on people's opinions of the Padron Anniversary line. I simply find it amusing that any time...

Re: What do you guys think of the Padron 1964 Anniversaries?

The paranoia on this thread is hilarious. This picture should be enough to say, these are clearly legit, the bands were pushed down on a few, but the bands on these cigars can be loose. I see...

I'm not a huge maduro fan in general, but the 64 Principe maduros are one of my all time favorite NCs. :tu

Sweet, I'm excited bout the 42's. How long are you going to make them? A 6.5" cuban style lonsdale would be boss!

Re: "Magic Number" of beers.

Beer is a tasty beverage, not a medication, and short of being so hammered you pass out, alcohol doesn't induce sleep in someone who isn't tired. Exercise, reducing caffeine intake during the day...

Re: Rolling your own

The panatela larga is my absolute FAVORITE vitola, and as of last year is completely discontinued. If you learn how to roll these you will be my best friend for life :r:r:r

Re: Show a picture of a great pair!!!

45 degrees on a chilly but sunny fall day, home made mulled wine with Tatuaje T110 (OR I think) for a perfect pair on a nice afternoon. These cigars are getting so smooth and tasty with a couple...

Re: metal tasting cigar

I think this is true to a certain extent, but I have had dogrockets sit in my humi for over a year and still have that nasty taste. Some cigars are simply unredeemable.

Re: Show a picture of a great pair!!!

My in-laws live in Ann Arbor, so they pick me up a couple bottles when they visit. I highly recommend the Dark Dawn Stout; best Imperial I've had.
