This decision may be easier than you think. The Vector is a torch (I have no experience with it) and the AB Burner is a soft flame (though a very hot soft flame). So I would pick based on flame...

I've happily used Palio and Xikar for many years but I think the cuban crafter perfect cutter best fits your criteria and can be had for about $15. I've been using the CC cutters more than my palio...

The porsche lighter is relatively new but it does have a few cigar under its belt. Design is solid and fit and finish is nice. The flame is strong and it looks like I will get a nice number of cigars...
